Co Founder Ben Walsgrove was developing a student scheme in Nottingham and was determined to not furnish it with run of the mill student furniture, that would neither excite him nor his ever more demanding client, his tenants……..
He commissioned experienced furniture designer, Adam Ross, to challenge the status quo and design a robust yet design led solution.
By combining white melamine faced plywood with an innovative design, Adam proved that by using plywood, the furniture could be far harder wearing than the traditional MDF or MFC and could also be very attractive with curves being incorporated in to the designs. The results now speak for themselves. 100% occupancy at higher rental levels with no maintenance issues whatsoever.
