Urban-Style Breakout Area

Incorporating easy-clean laminate panels and an integrated smart TV with audio. The old building had many features to be covered up and some, we felt, could be left. The visible surface mounted M&E’s added nicely to the overall feel of the room.

This area utilised a previously unused space for a boarding house. It was very well received and is being well used!
